Description

I joined the small crew working on Europcar’s regional rental platform for Serbia and Montenegro — a project that started as a vanilla PHP MySQL backend fused with a React frontend.
I worked across the stack: slicing up Excel (yes, Excel) designs into sleek UI, wiring up new backend logic, and improving the whole experience from homepage to final booking click.

During our run, we launched two major modules I’m especially proud of: the Monthly Booking flow and a
Chauffeur Service tool that used Google Maps for real-time distance pricing logic.
I also dove deep into refactoring the original booking interface, giving it a much-needed facelift (and a better UX brain).
It was a fast-paced, no-frills project — just real features, real users.

Grateful for the trust they gave me, and for the chance to grow while helping modernize a legacy system into something more future-ready.
